I've got Sunshine...

My last day of class was today. I didn't think that it would ever end. The last day of actual class is always that way. ALWAYS! I wonder why that is. Anyhow, the final is on Tuesday. I have nothing on Monday which makes me super happy because it's the only day of actual vacation I will have had since the spring semester ended two weeks ago. Truly!

I spent a long time cleaning things tonight. Our downstairs is beautiful and so is my room. I have to work all day tomorrow but only on Sunday morning so that afternoon will be spent cleaning bathrooms. They really need it. Like, really, really need it. I wonder if I can get my brother to clean HIS room? Probably not so I'm not even going to try. It would be a waste of breath. At least everything else will be beautiful!

I am going to bed now because I have to work all day tomorrow...er...today.

Just:
147 days until my birthday,
180 days until Thanksgiving and
210 days until Christmas!

Perfect Day...

Today, I got a 98 on my psych test! I am so excited right now that I could scream.

Anyhow, I have set up a second account on which I will write about the more serious thoughts that I have.

Last night I watched the season finale of Criminal Minds and was very pleased. It was good to see Tim Curry even though he played the unsub and was gross. I am still VERY sad about Matthew Gray Gubler's new haircut. I miss his long hair and it's only been two episodes. He did post a picture on Twitter last month though so I should be used to it by now, but I'm not.

I am going to go to bed now. I have class tomorrow. The last class before the final on Tuesday (we have Monday off because of the holiday). I have to get up a little early to finish my paper on The Producers' Leo Bloom and his panic disorder.

HOLD THE PRESSES!!!

If there is a RaceTrac gas station anywhere near you, go there now and get the $6.99 free refill cup (actually here it comes to $7.56 with tax)! Yes, you read that right, FREE REFILL! The thing could pay for it's self in one day!

I swear, walking into the store today was like walking into some movie. Everyone had one of those (red, green, blue or purple) cups and was standing around talking. It was weird. Really weird.

Anyhow, two days ago I watched a full episode of The Vampire Diaries for the first time. I tell you, Ian Somerhalder is one unbelievably sexy fellow, with his bright blue eyes and super dark hair...yum! I still love Roger though. By the way, he was on this weeks episode of CSI: Miami. He played the villain. Go figure.

Huh, I haven't seen that show in ages. How fortunate that I decided to watch it last night!

Class is still going well. I got an 89 on my test yesterday! Woot, go me! I figure that since I got an 88 on the last one and an 89 on this one, that I should get a 90 on the next one this Thursday. It's only logical. It's a pretty easy class, which is good. I like easy, it's like eating pie. Which I love. Hence the saying, "easy as pie".

On Sunday, as I was getting ready for work I was listening to Christmas music (thank you Hobby Lobby for getting me in the cheery mood WAY too early). My brother was in his room with the door closed, playing his guitar. All of the sudden it got real quiet for, like, thirty seconds and then I heard, "what the heck?" It got quiet again like he was making sure he was hearing what it was he thought he was hearing and then he opened his door and asked if I was joking.

The HL says that their Fall and Christmas stuff is available July through November/December. If that's true, why is there a whole aisle chock-full of fall garland!?! It's got me all wishing is was October, and not only because my birthday falls in it.

I love everything about fall: the colors, the crisp chill (though in Texas it's usually still boiling), my birthday, Charlie Brown specials, Halloween, Thanksgiving, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Cowboys stomping the competition, decorating for Christmas as soon as all of the Thanksgiving leftovers are put away, etc. It's just wonderful. I get really excited when the winter commercials start airing because I know that soon it will be "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"! My favorite one is the Campbell's Soup commercial where the snowman goes into a house to eat soup and when he melts there is a little boy inside and "Let it Snow" is playing in the background. It's an oldie but a goodie! It's usually the first one I see every year so for me, it marks the beginning of the season. That one and the Hershey's Kiss hand bells commercial! I also love so many others but those two really get me excited!

I have to go to bed now!

Fourth of July...

The first class of my May semester was on Monday and the first test is on Wednesday. How special is that? I really should get studying for it.

Instead I'm watching Harold and Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay just because it has Roger Bart in it. I really love him. I guess I can do both so, goodnight. That movie, by the way, not for the prudish.

**UPDATE** I got an 88! Not bad.

I Feel So Much Better!...

Yes! It's finally done! This semester is all over and done with!

I start class again on Monday. Poop.

Anyhow, it's gonna take forever to pack all of my crap up. I just started washing my clothes and people still have their crap in the dryers. Ugh. Speaking of crap, how did I acquire so much of it? It's everywhere! I didn't know I had so much trash everywhere. I've taken out eleven, yes, ELEVEN bags of trash. Well, they're small bags so it's more like, five and a half. But still, crap EVERYWHERE! I've been at it for two hours and I've barely made a dent. At least I have all day tomorrow and part of Friday to get it all done. I figure it's all about trash today and tomorrow I'll start actually packing. Until then, I'm knee deep in old notes and homework.

Hmmm, I've decided to give my neighbors a reprieve from Young Frankenstein...so I'm listening to Legally Blonde: The Musical! Good stuff. I love this album. I'm kind of peeved though because I wanted to see both of those shows in New York but they've both ended their runs. Still though, Young Frankenstein is coming to Texas in a few weeks so I've got to convince my mommy to take me. Roger Bart for me please, yes? YES! (Deep Breath)

I should get back at it. Goodbye!
